Usually 1.5-2.5 hours depending on breed, size & coat. I give accurate time on drop-off and send update when nearly ready. No rushing - quality takes time.

Yes, I specialise in them! My 1-to-1 home setup is perfect - quiet, no other dogs, no cages. Extra time, patience, breaks and treats. Tell me about anxieties when booking.

I try to work humanely. Severely matted coats may need clipping short for welfare - dematting is painful. Extra fees £15 per 15 mins. Prevention is better - book every 6-8 weeks.

Every 6-8 weeks for clipped breeds (Cockapoos, Bichons, Shih Tzus). Every 8-12 weeks for deshed breeds. Puppies start from 12 weeks after 2nd vaccination.

Cash or bank transfer on collection. 24hr cancellation notice or 50% fee may apply. 50% deposit for new clients. No-shows charged full fee.
