2. Data we collect: Name, phone, email, address, dog name/breed/age/health/behaviour, booking history, photos/videos with consent, website usage via cookies.
3. Purpose & Lawful Basis: To provide grooming services (Contract), manage bookings & reminders (Legitimate Interest), send marketing only with consent (Consent), comply with insurance/legal obligations (Legal Obligation).
4. Retention: Booking and dog records kept 3 years after last appointment for insurance defence. Enquiries 12 months. Marketing until you unsubscribe.
5. Sharing: We do not sell data. Shared only with insurers, veterinary professionals in emergency, IT providers, and where legally required.
6. Your Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise.
7. ICO Complaint: You have right to complain to Information Commissioner's Office - ico.org.uk - 0303 123 1113.
8. Security: Studio CCTV, locked storage, encrypted devices, no public WiFi access to data.
1. About Us: Lisa's Pampered Paws is a sole trader operating from home studio in Stoke-on-Trent.
2. Services: Dog grooming on appointment only. Prices are guide prices - final quote confirmed after assessing dog coat, size, temperament, matting.
3. Bookings & Cancellations: By booking you agree to these terms. Minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation or 50% fee may apply. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment.
4. Owner Responsibilities: You must disclose health issues, allergies, behaviour, bite history, vaccinations up to date. Dogs must be flea-free - if fleas found, groom stops and flea treatment fee £20 applies.
5. Matted Coats: We work humanely. Severely matted coats may need clipping short for welfare - dematting painful. Extra time charged £15 per 15 mins.
6. Right to Refuse: We reserve right to refuse or stop groom if dog becomes overly stressed or aggressive - full fee may still apply for time.
7. Liability: Grooming at owner's risk. Not liable for pre-existing conditions, thin skin, or injury due to undisclosed behaviour. Liability limited to grooming fee paid.
8. Copyright: All site content, photos, logos belong to Lisa's Pampered Paws.
9. Governing Law: England & Wales law, courts of England & Wales.
